These two oils are great by themselves or used together to support a good night sleep. Put the drops in a roller bottle and fill with carrier oil. You can also apply one drop of each oil neat in the palm of your hand, and rub the oils on the bottoms of your feet then inhale the aroma that's left in your hands for a minute or two.
