Lemon consists of 68% d-limonene, a powerful antioxidant. It is delightfully refreshing in water and may be beneficial for the skin. Lemon Vitality may also be used to enhance the flavor of foods. Scientific studies have proven that it is also an effective mood enhancer. Lemon essential oil is uplifting, improves circulation and is also a solid overall immune stimulant. Lemon can cause photosensitivity in your skin. So, you should avoid exposing your skin to the sun for at least 12 hours after topical application

You can rub lemon on the bottom of the feet for small children who cannot take this oil internally
