What is Lavender good for?

Lavender essential oil is one of the oils included in the Premium Starter Kit from Young Living.  Its fresh sweet aroma is soothing and refreshing. It is an adaptogen and can assist the body when adapting to stress or imbalances.  It is a great aid for relaxing and winding down before bedtime, yet has balancing properties that can also boost stamina and energy. Lavender Vitality can also be used to enhance he flavor of foods.
This oil is wonderful for skin!  So, put a drop in a fresh tube of mascara to promote longer healthier lashes. It is a wonderful addition to your favorite moisturizer or shower gel. You can also put several drops in a cup of Epsom salts and pour in your bath to promote relaxation at the end of the day. Additionally, you can take one drop of oil in your hand, rub your hands together and wipe them over your pillows for a fabulous night’s sleep.

Lavender Makeup Remove Pads – Ingredients

2 tablespoons carrier oil of choice
4 drops Lavender essential oil
1 tablespoon witch hazel (preferably alcohol free)
2 tablespoons filtered water
Round cotton pads
4-ounce airtight glass container

How To Make Lavender Makeup Remover Pads

Pour V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex, Lavender oil, witch hazel, and water into jar. Tighten lid and shake thoroughly.
Place 10 or so cotton rounds in the glass container, tighten lid, and rotate until solution soaks into cotton pads.
Print labels on a sticker sheet or on paper and affix with glue. Place label on container lid.
