ALKALIME

So many foods are loaded with sugars and stimulants, impeding the body’s ability to foster a healthy pH balance. Formulated with Lemon and Lime essential oils, organic lemon powder, and biochemical mineral cell salts (this is such a really, really big deal!), this effervescent supplement formula starts working right away to soothe the occasional upset stomach.

What Contributes to an Acidic Condition in the Body?

  • Poor diet and nutrition – Food that is processed and devitalized of nutrients.
  • Sugar or processed flour products (bread; pasta; legumes; grains especially wheat, corn, barley, etc.)
  • Acidic beverages such as soda, coffee, alcoholic beverages and certain teas.
  • Acidic foods such as animal based proteins, and even cheese.
  • Lack of friendly or good bacteria or intestinal flora
  • Not eating enough alkaline foods such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains such as millet. A healthy diet consists of 75- 80% alkaline foods.
  • Excessive stress and smoking create acidic conditions in the body.

How do I Know the Acidity or pH of my Body?

Simple, purchase color coded pH indicator paper or test strips. Place some of your saliva in a spoon and test it using the strip. Do not eat, drink or brush your teeth up to 30 minutes prior to testing!

If your pH is over 7.0 your acid-alkaline balance is good meaning that you are alkaline. The lower the number, the more acidic your body is. The more acidic you are, the more inflammation you carry in your body.

AlkaLime can maintain the alkaline balance or healthy pH of the body. It is free of artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. The citrus notes are sure to brighten your mood, and the mineral cell salts help support optimal pH balance in the stomach. Store a few packs in your purse or backpack and enjoy them on those hurried or stressful days when acidity soars. AlkaLime now comes in convenient single-serve stick packs, so you can enjoy it on the go.

A little bit about cell salts…

  • Cell Salts stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms to satisfy mineral imbalances. They are made from the minerals that cells require and bring balance and health to muscle tissue and overall cell function restoration. Deficiencies in these minerals are the source of common health problems and the Cell Salts derived from these minerals give the body what it needs to treat illness and be well.
